We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate aide to join our team at Mac-a-Cheek Learning Center. In this role, you will work directly with students, providing support in a variety of areas, including supervision, attending to physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs, and fostering a positive, nurturing environment.

• Supervise and assist students in the classroom setting
• Support students with their academic, personal, and emotional development
• Foster a positive and caring atmosphere to help students succeed
• Be a dependable and nurturing guide to help students grow and thrive

• A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and maturity
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism when engaging with students
• A commitment to follow Madison-Champaign ESC rules and policies
• A servant-leader mindset, dedicated to helping students reach their full potential
• Valid ODE Aide Permit (may apply after being selected)
• Satisfactory results on criminal records check i
• Experience with students with intensive behaviors preferred
• Candidate must be credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) OR be able to attend 4 days of TCI training and pass the TCI test
